Somatic Breathwork with Yana Kazekamp In-Person
In this breathwork session, we will use conscious breathing techniques designed to reconnect you with your body, release trapped emotions, release stress, and enhance self-awareness.
Rooted in somatic practices, this technique helps you cultivate a deep sense of inner calm and balance, unlocking your body’s natural healing potential.
You will be guided through breath patterns that target the nervous system, release tension, and encourage healing at a cellular level. The powerful combination of breath, sound, and guided meditations provides a safe space to explore and transform both physical and emotional blockages, promoting clarity, relaxation, and empowerment.
This breathwork session is designed for all levels of experience, from those new to breathwork to seasoned practitioners. It will leave you feeling more centered, emotionally at peace, truly relaxed, and deeply grounded in your body.
