Westfield Eclecticism: Forty Years of Artistic Collaboration at ArtsWest Show opening In-Person
The Westfield Athenaeum is pleased to announce our next art exhibit for the Rand Art Gallery. Titled "Westfield Eclecticism: Forty Years of Artistic Collaboration at ArtsWest," this exhibit will feature the work of 14 Westfield artists who are members of ArtsWest. This exhibit will also mark the 40th anniversary of this organization dedicated to fostering and supporting local professional artists. The art works in this show will allow visitors to explore the wide range of styles and artistic creativity by local painters. Guy McLain, Director of the Westfield Athenaeum, commented that, "The quality of the art produced in Westfield is truly remarkable, and this show presents our patrons with the opportunity to see the full range of artistic activity in Westfield." There will be an artists reception on July 31st from 6 pm to 8 pm. Light refreshments will be served, and the public is cordially invited. The exhibit will remain on view until the end of September, and will be open for view Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
