"Riverside Reptiles Education Center (RREC) is a zoo dedicated to reptiles and amphibians. RREC gives visitors a special opportunity to get up close and personal with a diverse collection of 100 species of indigenous and exotic amphibians, reptiles, invertebrates, and freshwater fish from around the world. Our animals enjoy naturalistic enclosures, allowing for normal behavior and unique visitor observations. From Green Anacondas to King Cobras, from Box Turtles to Aldabra Giant Tortoises, from Dwarf Caimans to American Alligators, you see all these and more at RREC!

Our indoor facility is a spacious 13,000 sq/ft with an additional 4,000 sq/ft of outdoor (seasonal) turtle and tortoise habitat called Turtle Haven. RREC is open to the public year-round. We can accommodate large groups or single explorers. RREC is the only all reptile and amphibian zoo of its kind in New England."
